Please review before going live: Terms should be adapted to your real offers, payment terms, cancellation rules, usage rights and client structure. This template does not replace legal advice.

1. Scope

These terms apply to offers and services by Zenith Aura in the areas of social media content, video production, image films, event highlights and creative ads, unless otherwise agreed in an individual offer.

2. Offers and Contract Formation

Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. A contract is formed when an offer is accepted, confirmed in writing or when the agreed service begins.

3. Client Cooperation

The client must provide necessary information, access, approvals, locations, contact persons and materials in good time. Delays caused by missing cooperation may affect the project schedule.

4. Usage Rights

Usage rights for created content are defined in the individual offer. Until full payment, rights remain with Zenith Aura where legally permissible.

5. Fees and VAT

Prices are based on the individual offer. VAT is not shown according to Section 19 UStG where the small-business VAT rule is applied.

6. Appointments, Cancellations and Changes

Rescheduling, cancellations, additional services and revision rounds should be specified in the individual offer.

7. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory law. Any further limitation of liability should be legally reviewed before use.
